We do not process special categories of personal data unless this is unavoidable because such data has been provided by the client.

We obtain personal data, among others:
directly from clients via forms on our website
through uploaded documents (such as service charge statements)
through correspondence with landlords, property managers, the Rent Tribunal, or courts
through third parties, only where necessary for the provision of our services

We enter into data processing agreements with parties that process personal data on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
